Anger and unforgiveness are emotional weights that can trap the heart in pain and bitterness.  They are like a poison that can slowly destroy us from the inside out. They can lead to bitterness, resentment, and even physical health problems.  Ephesians 4:26 clearly says "Be angry and not sin..." And Psalm 37:8 says "cease from anger and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil" Anger does not solve anything!
