2. Intellectual Property Rights
- Blog Content: All articles, graphics, and logos on this website are the intellectual property of AMConcept Studio unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Client Work: Upon final payment, the client is granted ownership of the final delivered product (e.g., a completed video or website). However, AMConcept Studio retains the right to display the work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
- Preliminary Designs: Drafts, wireframes, and unused concepts created during the design process remain the property of AMConcept Studio.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of a project, the client agrees to:
- Provide a clear and detailed project brief.
- Supply necessary assets (logos, text, images) in a timely manner.
- Provide constructive feedback during designated revision periods.
4. Payments and Cancellations
- Fees: A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final deliverables will be released only upon receipt of the full remaining balance.
- Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revisions (standard: 2 rounds). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital and creative services, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Third-Party Links and Ads
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Google AdSense) that are not owned or controlled by AMConcept. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
6. Training Programs
Participants in AMConcept Training Programs agree that course materials are for personal or professional development only. Sharing, selling, or redistributing training content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
AMConcept Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our website. We do our best to ensure 100% accuracy in our System Analysis and Web Development, but the final implementation remains the responsibility of the client.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oyo State.
