a. MBBS or BDS equivalent certificate (as applicable) from a recognized Institution

b. Evidence of full Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)

c. NYSC discharge or exemption certificate

d. Possession of Primary exam certificate in the relevant specialty is an added advantage

The BUTH Health and Allied Services (BHAS), Ogbomoso is our Business Units which comprises six diverse businesses in the areas of Secondary, Primary, Creche, Guest House, Pharmacy and Farming hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

PRINCIPAL, GEORGE GREEN BAPTIST COLLEGE

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION OF PRINCIPAL, GGBC

He/she must be responsible for the overall administration, supervision and disciplines of staff and students. 

Ensuring setting of performance agreement and evaluation of performance of each staff on annual basis. 

Be responsible for the orientation of new staff and students. 

Ensure that the income and expenditures of the school are in line with approved budget and sound accounting principles/standards. 

Prepare and obtain BHAS Board approval, for the annual goal and targets for the school’s academic and extra-curricular activities. 

Promote aesthetic appearance of the school. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Degree in education with 15 years of cognate teaching experience, not more than 45 years of age at the point of recruitment.

Must be of Baptist denomination. 

Possess a valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate.

MORTUARY ATTENDANT

GARDENER

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MORTUARY ATTENDANT

a. Must possess at least five (5) Credits in O’ Level Examinations at a maximum of two sittings, including English Language, OR a minimum of three (3) Credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.

b. Should have basic knowledge of handling, preparation, and preservation of corpses.

c. Must be emotionally stable and possess the ability to work in sensitive and potentially distressing environments.

d. Must be physically fit and capable of performing duties such as lifting and moving of bodies respectfully and safely.

e. Should demonstrate confidentiality, attention to details, and the ability to follow strict health and safety protocols.

f. Prior experience in a Healthcare or Mortuary setting will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR GARDENER

a. Must possess at least five (5) credits in O’ Level examinations at a maximum of two sittings, including English Language, OR a minimum of three (3) credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.

b. Should have basic knowledge of gardening maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and tidying up garden beds.

c. Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work, including lifting, digging, and prolonged standing.

d. Ability to maintain gardening tools for safe and effective use.

e. Must demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
